step 1: red stick to battery base, black stick to mass, if shorting -> it was the shorting of primary voltage part 1.
step 2: take a look at capacitors (purple frame), if the heads were black or burn -> isolate and remove.
step 3: use heat tracking method in begin part to find IC was shorting and tried to isolate, if it shorting nomore -> replace another IC.
note: in reality, part 1 rarely shorting, just shorting when drop in water and most of them were IC ring, IC vibration and IC source at the end. The capacitors of this part rarely shorting.
